Your Local Hub : Enhanced Business Listing Terms and Conditions
1. Application of terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Your Local Hub (“Enhanced Business Listing”) operated by Navigate Marketing Ltd (“we” or “us”).
By paying for an Enhanced Business Listing in Your Local Hub, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
The agreement between us and you, the person or business applying to feature in Your Local Hub (“you”) and which is subject to these Terms (“Contract”), shall come into effect upon you paying for an Enhanced Business Listing in Your Local Hub and shall continue until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
2. Business Listing
2.1. There are 2 levels of Business Listings as follows:

Enhanced Business Listing
Business Name
Branded header image
Business description
Contact details
Links to social media and website
Location button
Up to 4 Instagram story shout outs per year.
2.2. We may at our absolute discretion refuse a business listing to any person or business that we don’t feel fits with the offering of Your Local Hub and we shall not be obliged to state our reasons for such refusal.
2.3. Business Listings shall continue unless they are terminated by us or you.
2.4. Your Local Hub is a community platform provided by Navigate Marketing Ltd. All services that are shown have gone through our own verification process. However, we ask all customers to carry out their own due diligence before committing to a service to ensure it is suitable for your needs.
3. Payment
3.1 The cost of a Basic Listing is: Free
3.2 The cost of an Enhanced Business Listing is when paying monthly is £9.99 per month.
The cost of the subscription is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to monthly payments via Stripe which will be taken on the same day each month.
3.2 The cost of an Enhanced Business Listing is when paying annually is £100 per year.
The cost of the subscription is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to annual payments via Stripe which will be taken on the same day each year.
If you wish to request to leave Your Local Hub for any reason you must notify us with at least one month's notice before your next payment is due (Monthly and Annual members).
3.2 All payments are non-refundable.
4. Our obligations
4.1. We will ensure that the Enhanced Business Listing is of satisfactory quality and suitable for its intended purpose on Your Local Hub.
4.3. We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date information but are not liable for any claims arising from inaccuracies or outdated content. We ask that you let us know as soon as any business or contact details change so we can update your listing.
4.4. You acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy that can be viewed here.
5. Intellectual Property
We will create your business listing using your business assets, including any materials from your website that we feel best showcase your brand. These assets may also be shared on our social media to promote your business.
You are welcome to use our logo and share our social media content to let your community know you’re featured on Your Local Hub.
6. Content Updates and Instagram Stories
We are happy to update your business content at specific times throughout the year where necessary. We will also introduce paid promotional opportunities to help promote extra events and services.
Regarding the 4 Instagram stories per year, it is your responsibility to provide us with the content and liaise with us about what you'd like to share. We will not chase you for this.
7. Term and termination
By signing up, you’re entering a rolling subscription contract that will continue until either party terminates. Your payments will be processed via Stripe, either monthly or annually based on your selection at sign-up.
In the event of any outstanding payments, we’ll follow up via email. If these aren’t resolved within 14 days, the listing will be removed.
To cancel your monthly or annual membership, please provide one month’s notice by emailing hello@yourlocalhub.co.uk.
Additionally, to maintain a trusted and reliable community, Your Local Hub reserves the right to remove a listing if it no longer meets our standards, such as receiving repeated negative feedback from residents. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email, allowing 7 days before the listing is removed, and any further payments will be stopped.
